Who we are
Serious training for a serious industry
Hlophoyi Holdings Academy is the training division of Hlophoyi Holdings, delivering private-security education across South Africa. We train new entrants to their first PSIRA grade, help serving officers upgrade, and run the firearm and specialised courses the industry depends on.
Our facilitators and assessors come from policing, the military and the private security sector. Every course is mapped to the national standards that govern the work — because a certificate that the regulator does not recognise is worthless to your career.

Our approach
Practical & assessed
Drills, scenarios and range time, then formal assessment by a registered assessor. You are found competent, not just "attended".
Career guidance
We help you plan the sequence of grades and competencies for the job you want, and support your PSIRA and SAPS paperwork.
